Smarter Paths is a mortgage and refinance lead broker servicing some of the largest mortgage lenders in the nation. Smarter Paths generates live mortgage and refinance leads which are in turn sold off to the highest bidding wholesale lenders. Providing quality and high converting leads is a key factor in Smarter Paths overall success.

The Challenge

Smarter Path’s old website only contained 6 total pages. With so little content, it was no surprise Smarter Paths was seeing absolutely ZERO organic traffic. This posed an issue over time as all website traffic was derived from paid ads. Smarter Paths saw the value in organic traffic but simply could not figure out why they were not ranking on search engines such as Google, Yahoo and Bing.

The Solution
