El Santo Ultralounge is a Latin based nightclub located just a few blocks from Sacramento Kings NBA arena. El Santo Ultralounge provides an unparalleled upscale nightclub experience every weekend playing Top 40, Reggeaton music, and regularly featuring live Bandas once a week. El Santo Ultralounge shares its space during daytime with their partner restaurant El Santo Cantina.
El Santo Ultralounge opened for business in a high-traffic prime location next to an NBA arena. Expecting overflow from Golden 1 Center and large crowds of customers, El Santo misjudged their visibility within the Downtown Sacramento area. Although El Santo Ultralounge shares its space during daytime with their partner restaurant - El Santo Cantina, the services offered and target demographics are polar opposites for both businesses. The Ultralounge had very little-to-none web presence in the form of a single paragraph mentioned on their partner Cantina’s old website. This proved to be a challenge for El Santo Ultralounge with their efforts of attracting new clientele and increasing exposure.
El Santo Ultralounge contracted Analytix Media to design a brand new website and help them stand out as an individual enterprise. El Santo Ultralounge also requested custom features to be built into the website to assist with table reservations, VIP Experience bookings and guest list options.
After initial website development consultation with El Santo Cantina and Ultralounge, both businesses agreed that while it was totally acceptable to share their physical space during daytime, the same could not be applied to their web presence. In order to help them stand out online, while showing off their stunning venue, crafted cocktails and special events, El Santo Ultralounge finally took the first step with a brand new website design. The new site was built to meet all client’s criterias and specifications. We organized the site's structure and navigation with user experience in mind and custom features not only for additional functionalities, but also to increase online visibility and SEO rankings. Analytix Media also established a clear brand identity and developed a robust social media marketing plan to further increase El Santo’s web presence and boost visibility.
Project Features & Outcome
With the new interactive website, El Santo Ultralounge improved its SEO ranking and saw an increase in table and VIP service reservations. Their free guest list feature proved to be a hit, saving customers money on entry fees while functioning as a lead generator for future remarketing campaigns.
