El Santo Cantina offers unique drinks and a Mexican style cuisine with a focus on seafood dishes. Located in the heart of downtown Sacramento, El Santo Cantina is the perfect place to unwind for a happy hour, have a business meeting or enjoy a romantic dinner.
The Challenge
El Santo Cantina opened for business in a high-traffic prime location next to an NBA arena. Expecting overflow from Golden 1 Center and large crowds of customers, El Santo misjudged their visibility within the Downtown Sacramento area.
Their existing website was poorly designed and lacked user experience which cost them SEO performance. On top of that, their website and online inconsistent brand message lacked the professional image El Santo Cantina aimed for.
This proved to be a problem for El Santo, as restaurants in such prime locations needed to be extremely organized and have attention to detail.
The Solution
Unsatisfied with the design of their existing website, El Santo Cantina came to Analytix Media for help. Over the course of the next 5 weeks, our team of media experts, web developers and photographers worked together to establish a clear attractive brand identity and a new interactive website.
We organized the site structure with the user in mind while adding features to help increase their visibility and SEO ranking. New website features an online order and delivery option, resulting in a streamlined order and checkout process and increased revenue.
After launching the website, Analytix Media trained El Santo’s staff how to properly use online order and reservations platform, both of which were completely new to them. The staff was educated on adding, removing and updating menu options, accepting and fulfilling the orders, and accepting online payments.
